Simply Marvelous

Feeling grateful here were the care for maintenance issues are addressed and attentive to detail. Thanks for keeping the place clean and doing repairs when needed. I know you guys get busy but you don’t forget to the job order you just need time. You guys rock! Henry, your awesome for always being helpful and professional. The ice cream day for residence was a nice touch during the summer hot days.

Curb appeal

Wow! Legacy management thank you for the second year in a row for brightening up the parking lot by power spraying and fresh painted stalls and emergency lanes. This place shines!! By the way I don’t want to give to much value cause then you’ll raise the rent. Right?!!

Nice and cozy

Living here I get to enjoy the amenities that are well kept and clean grounds . Finally getting our front doors and railings painted. The tennis court has a fresh look and cozy sitting area off the court. I think the only area that’s needs a lot attention would be the dumpster area when the trash truck comes a places the empty dumpster on of more trash that fell out and doesn’t put it back far enough. So maybe this is not management s fault. It’s gross!

Rent

I've been in this complex for over 6 years you had different manager has different companies are coming back I've been in my apartment for 4 years I still don't get things fixed at I need fixing I'm on a fixed income in last couple months it's been rather low so I've always been able to pay half the rent and not charge for late fees Boston this morning I got charged an extra $135 for late fees even though I paid more than half the rent I'm getting sick and tired of this complex because I never did anything fix my countertops have been peeling for years my cabinets have been peeling for years but yet they still won't come and fix them so why is it fair that I have to pay a late fee when I feeling good resident

Home sweet home

This property is well maintained pool areas with barbeques , awesome new gym equipment, playground, and apartment accommodations. With the exception of up lifted concrete pathways to the pool from trees uprooted it’s a safe cozy place to live. The staff is upbeat, polite, and helpful! I wish the lobby of the office had a formal space for residents to work on computer or play indoor game boards or pool table. The grounds are well painted. Keep up the beautiful work. Thank you for 2 years being a satisfied resident.

Great Place to Live

Lived here for 3 years now. Nice place, perfect location! (located by 3 major highways) Price is reasonable too! Thomas the head maintenance guy is very prompt. Looking to forward to staying another 3 years.

Wonderful place

The landscaping here is absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't be happier with this move. The office staff is +10!!! I haven't been here long enough to experience the maintenance team. By the looks of the apartment itself. I'm sure the maintenance is GREAT! Older property but very well managed. My favorite part is the Gym and the parking!!

Future Home

Very satisfied with the overall living area of the complex. Also very quiet and parking lot space as well as area around the complex is clean and you can tell they keep the area very clean. I also love that its a very diverse area and seems like a calm and safe area to call home. The agents were very polite 100 % great attitude. Looking forward to making this a home for a very long while and would recommend to anyone that's looking for a great living space and complex to call home.

Nice Place to Live!

We are very happy with our cute little apartment! Maintenance is great! Staff handles our needs quickly. This place is very nice and peaceful away from the street, with lots of shade trees, comfortable and safe for walks around the complex.
